I’m a little late to this recipe (it’s 2018) but I’ve made it a few times now, and it’s delicious and extremely well-raved over! So thank you very much :)

My question is that in Step 5 you say “Add red-wine vinegar, stock, and port.” My first thought was, “Wait, where’s the port??? She didn’t list port anywhere!” But then I thought maybe it was a typo, for add the “pork.” So now I need you to enlighten me, and I thank you in advance.

I actually haven’t had any problem with this recipe without the port, but my husband is a port aficionado and would probably love it if it were to be added.
